Takeaways from Mallory Haigh’s talk

Ephemeral agents start without organizational memory, so they need context, scope and a clear definition of done before their first action.

Context can guide an agent but cannot secure one. Identity, least-privilege access, isolation and approval boundaries belong in the platform.

Security cannot be added after autonomy.

My takeaway is that DevOps is a culture, and platform is what scales it.
