About Forward Deploy
Demo → Deployed.
I’m Rohan Kataria. I build AI agents, and I build software with coding agents. Forward Deploy is where I write down what it actually takes.
That covers three things: building agents that hold up in real work, using coding agents to ship real software, and software factories, which is how a team turns coding agents into a delivery pipeline it can trust.
Plenty of this looks great in a demo. Far less of it survives real data, real permissions and someone on the hook when it breaks. That gap is what I write about.
Every issue has the same four parts:
- The build. One thing I built or changed, and what broke.
- Demo → Deployed. The pattern that got it closer to production.
- Receipts. The evidence, or a plain note that there isn’t any yet.
- Why I posted it. The reasoning behind the week’s best LinkedIn post.
About a five-minute read. No news roundups, no hype, no selling. If I don’t have something real, I skip the week.
Elsewhere: shorter takes most days on LinkedIn, and @fwddeploy on X.
